PATTAYA: - A press conference was held on Thursday to announce the arrest of 5 suspected drug dealers and a significant seizure of class 1 drugs. 2 of the suspects are already in Prison leaving 3 suspects who attended the press conference.

Police Colonel Suwichan, the Deputy Commander of Chonburi Provincial Police announced the results of two separate cases involving class 1 drugs.

The first case began with the arrest of Khun Sutipong aged 22 with 1g of Crystal Methamphetamine, commonly known as “Ice”. He was taken to his rented apartment at the Thepprasit Government Condominium in Jomtien and inside was a second man, Khun Payap aged 31. A further 170g of “Ice” was found in the room and the second man was also arrested.

The men offered-up information to Police regarding an order of 1,500 Yabba Tablets which they had yet to collect. Police used them in an undercover operation which led to the arrest of a suspected dealer known only as “M” and the seizure of the class 1 drugs.
