Lite Beer Posted April 11, 2015 Share Posted April 11, 2015 Police probe murder of three villagersThe Sunday Nation PATTANI: -- Forensic police yesterday inspected the scene where three male villagers in their 30s were shot dead and another 24-year-old man was wounded at an abandoned hut in Pattani's Khok Pho district on Friday night.Police initially suspected that the killings might have stemmed from drug trafficking or the ongoing unrest in the deep South.Lieutenant Preecha Prachumchai from Khok Pho Police Station led the forensic officers to inspect the scene where unknown armed men, wearing hoods and black clothing, opened fire on the villagers while they were reportedly drinking Krathom tea at the house in Tambon Na Pradu.Two villagers fled the scene.
