webfact Posted April 15, 2015 Share Posted April 15, 2015 Minister won't reveal names on graft listThe Nation BANGKOK: -- Deputy Interior Minister Suthi Makbun yesterday refused to confirm that some of the 100-plus officials on the corruption blacklist were ministry officials involved in the procurement of herbicides and fertiliser.Suthi said he had not seen the list, but would take appropriate legal action as soon as he got his hands on it. Someone's taking the P*ss, Really guy's if ya want the country and the world to take you seriously then you need to do a lot better than this pathetic token offering. Now have a real crack at the thieving corrupt scumbags and get a little of that much desired respect, but that will only come once justice is seen to be done and not the old inactive post or transferred gig again. Accept the fact that whoever is in power will make the most of it and whoever is not in power will do whatever they can to get their turn at the trough. Apart from perhaps never finding out the names of any of those on the list will we ever be told how someone made the list ? If this first list is the Top 100 are they on it because of the amounts involved, because they are so senior it aggravates their abuse and corruption or because they were connected to / involved with people current designated as the ' wrong ' ones or any other possible reason ? How long will it take for action to be authorised and if anyone in the media ever has the balls for ask for a progress report will the answer be ' still under consideration ' which might mean the list has been moved from the PM's IN tray to the ' Too Hard ' or ' Pending ( Long Term ) trays ?
