Just west of Suk, behind Makro and Lotus they've done some new fences, landscaping etc, looks like two big areas. New condos?

I noticed that also. Bit palm trees, nice looking fences. Something's up!

Makro and Lotus are 2 km apart, with a few sois between, must be a big project

I'm guessing he's referring to a big plot of land off that slip road that goes from Suk to Thepprasit? But not 100% sure.

Yes, if you turn left it will lead to Jomtien, passing the lake where they found the crocodile.
