Hi All, back to above related question. I will be going to Penang to obtain a Non O visa by right of having a child in Thailand . Please advise Embassy rules and paperwork needed.

For a single entry non-o you will need your child's birth certificate showing you as their father and a copy of it. Copy of their house book registry.

For a multiple entry non-o you will also be asked to show financial proof in the range of 200k to 400k baht.

The house book copy only needs to be signed and dated by you or the child's mother to confirm it is a valid copy.
