May 28, 201511 yr Why did it take a whole day to notify health authorities???????? Should have taken only a few very few hours at the most.
May 28, 201511 yr Can't be too much of a scare to Thailand, sensationalist reporting again. A South African policeman died on Phuket on May the 5th of "died as a result of “cerebral edema and bleeding under meninges” - inflammation to the brain caused by meningitis. Not reported here but picked up in the South African papers. Guess farangs don't count as statistics, but this disease does not discriminate, everyone is at risk.
