I was going to get my wife a notebook, but I asked her and she thinks that she would only use it for Facebook, photos and music. So what she really needs is a tablet. Problem is that she also occasionally puts a video together of the kids and stuff. Usually we use Adobe Premiere Pro for that. And use my desktop. But it would be nice if she could do it on her own machine.

Is there any good video editing apps for Android devices or Windows 8.1 powered tablets? And when I mean good I mean can make a decent Youtube video. With sound overlays and transitions. and can be saved as an AVI or Mpeg4.

If there is, I will consider something like a Lenova Miix or a Surface Pro type device.
