Quick question please

It states on the 130 instructions that sworn statements can be used as part of the process to validate your marriage/relationship.

How does one get a sworn statement or affirmed by third party? Statements in Thai then translated as well I presume? Can we write out Eng or Thai statements and have them sent to individuals for a signature also noting I have read a translation in Thai and agree...or just in their oen voice wholly...

Of course, I want to too much rather than not enough evidence. We would have the following just for the 130:

Marriage licence

Wife's nsme change docs to my name (she'll get to it someday...)

Non-O Extension based upon marriage

Apt only allows one name of agreement. We will have letter from mgmnt stating we have lived in bldg together five years.

Joint SCB acct opened five mos after marriage. Three years date of app filing.

Bilingual wedding invitation with small photos of our intl trips.

Korean Air accts with virtually same mileage (60k)?

Letters of support: NEEDED???

3 Thai

1 Farang

We have an absolute ton of photos, but these are not submitted or needed until her interview, correct?

With the other evidence of relationship, I wouldn't worry about the sworn statements, as the statements are just additional evidence.

I did one for a friend in the states when they were applying for Adjustment of Status as he had put nothing in her name at the time. I wrote up a letter saying how I knew them, and then had the bank notarize the document for me.
