There were classes run by Parkour generations a few years back organised by California fitness in or near Paragon and Benjasiri Park I think , but not sure now. lujanit Posted June 8, 2015 Share Posted June 8, 2015 A free running, parkour exhibition was held at Seacon Bang Khae over the weekend. Great stuff. 4 young farang guys participating. Some of the 'light weight' thais were really good. Considering it was such a tight space the show was well worth watching. I was on the 3rd floor looking down.
