juppen
Hi Iam thinking of buying a condo in vt7, but how is the maintenance of the buildning ? And what about the maintenance fee,sinking/special fund? Thx
GaryB1263
I don't know. I live close by in VT5. The maintenance in VT5 is very good. I think the common fee is 6000THB every year or every 6 months. I think overall VT is rated high on the list of builders/managers. Good Luck. It should be a decent time to buy.
questionsreplies
All VT management is good, even older Vt1 and 2. Cheap also because of many many rooms (2000 i guess ?)
KittenKong
All VT management is good, even older Vt1 and 2. Cheap also because of many many rooms (2000 i guess ?) The number of units certainly keeps costs down, as does the absence of fancy (and largely pointless) facilities like gyms, and Spanish galleons in pools etc. Whether the management is good or not is a matter of opinion and varies from building to building. Some of the older VT units have good management and some dont. The older units have their own management now anyway.
juppen
Lots of units can be to things ,good and bad, depending how you see it. i read about vt 2 there was some hassle there before, but they change the management Company. Is vt managent still in controll in vt 7? And its all to true,if i want to see Spanish galleons ,i go to a museeums Edited June 9, 2015 by juppen
