I expect to arrive with the 389 bus from the airport to the foodland parking lot, and then need to get to view talay 2.

I know it's a short walk but I'll be arriving with luggage.

Are there taxis at the parking lot, and if so how much would they charge this short ride?

You mean Foodmart. You can jump on a bus right in front for 10 baht and get off at the entrance to VT2. If you have heavy luggage then you will have to special hire a bus to take you to the front door.

Cost u 300 baht to go 500 metres.

I think their min is usually 200b. More than a few times I have been on a baht bus when some guy got on @ FoodMart complaining about the 200b quote they just got. At times there is a metered taxis there but very much doubt they would turn on meter.
