Recommendation?

Hi,

Can you recommend an active person or company that brokers land in the northeast? I easily find many online sites, but they seem focused on the tourist areas and condo market. There must be a localized network of brokers who know their area, etc....

Any advice is appreciated.

Sorry can't help with recomendation of a broker ......

My thought though, is forget a broker as they do absolutely nothing you can't do (except take a commission)......ie...Price it reasonably, put a sign on the property, put it on the internet (ddproperty etc) and then wait (probably a long time)...

Said it before ...will say it again...."Easy to buy property in Thailand ....Not so easy to sell"
