Just heard from of a report on home cable t.v. that a woman was murdered at the UDON hospital yesterday.

She got into a lift with a male and was later found dead with 10 baht of gold taken from her.

The man could not be traced and police enquiries are ongoing.

Things really are getting bad when you cannot be safe in this sort of environment.

My wife along with all the local Moo Ban residents where warned long ago not to show any gold off and not to go out alone unless it was unavoidable.

Yes we all know there is mass unemployment ect.before someone starts the excuses for the low lifes as in past threads of this nature.

Nohing justifies mugging and crime on this scale so let,s not give reasons for why they do this.

It was the government hospital i,m sorry to say.

I know lots of people who work there and they will all be really upset by this.

Thought i,d post this O.P. as an additional warning to everyone to be careful even in the public areas

where you think you may be safe.

I know there is a lot of hardship cases out there but the ones i come into contact with would not even think about this sort of thing.

Criminals are a different breed and do not have respect for no one and nothing.

It does not credit law abiding people by generalising desperation as a reason for doing these misdeeds as the majority would not even think obout it.

Dead person speaking. How was it known about the quantity of gold taken and whether if she was actually wearing them.

It was a necklace ect. and was confirmed by her family among others.

By the way another killing occurred at the Chareonsi complex in the underground car park around the same time ( 24 hours )

This victim had a 25 satang necklace taken. ( yes 25 satang ) ????????
