ezzra Posted June 13, 2015 Share Posted June 13, 2015 (edited) Looking for a good quality whole-wheat in BKK, There use to be some good quality whole-wheat flour in Bkk, sold in Vila and Top, there use to be this UK organic stone ground flour at Top, no more now, now, all there is a saw dust look alike flour, looked at Schmidt, same saw dust there, Villa in Thonglor has nothing, anyone seen good quality around? With over 200 baht a kilo for flour I think I come out cheaper growing my won wheat... anyway, the French guy who sells beautiful bread at the farmers market can supply me with top quality stuff he import from France for 110 baht a kilo...
