I would like the location where is Avenue Residence and City Garden. This condos are about 15k per month. Does someone have some experiences? Are these condos quiet? Something i should know?

Actually i need a balcony, it should be quiet and it must be possible to install my 3bb line.

They are back of the Avenue Shopping Mall which itself faces Second Road. Just past Royal Garden travelling north. The condos are between The Avenue Mall and Soi Buakaow. Someone I know is renting at City Garden and says it is quiet enough, though if you get one facing the Temple you might not like the noise coming from that.
