Didn't you previously post it was in Udon Thani? The numbers show it is not an investment, and I used the figure posted by yourself, of 15,000 baht rent per month. Adding some fees, taxes, and maintenance, one would have to live to about 85 years of age to be ahead of the renters. How many make it to 85 years of age here? Is the leaking tap that the landlord pays to fix also built into the rent? 😂 Why would I stay in Oz? My money earns interest that easily pays the rent, with plenty left over. Why would I, or many others, bother with buying when the ROI doesn't kick in until your 85 years of age. 😂
