I am in desperate need of an IPA (or several IPAs). Does anyone know of a store/bar/club that sells IPAs? While the Rangsit area would be perfect, I am willing to travel to get one...or two...or more. Thanks!

House of Beers at Groove in Centralworld is another option....they have a good selection on tap and by bottle.

I'm next door to there now in fact....don't go before 5pm...no beer till then they told me....luckily next door has this on 2 for 1....

Sportsman Bar on Sukhumvit 13 carries a lot of import beers, including IPAs. They are in cans, generally. Can't remember if they carry bottles or not.

You have to try Mikeller. BTS ekkamai. 10 min walk. It's on Google maps. Great beers from a famous Danish brewer.

Fuller's IPA bottles are stocked at several pubs. Both the Robin Hood on the corner of Sukhumvit 33/1 and Brew have them, amongst others.

I would second Mikeller just off Ekkamai- and they deliver!

Many many beers for delivery to your home - many ipa's not just of uk origin - japanese Hitachino has one plus many very good varieties - i'd recommend the unlikely sounding 'red rice ale'.

I found most of the stuff at Mikeller overpiced and nasty - like many US 'craft' beers who have been so starved of decent beer they overcompensate, adding far too many hops and worse sh@te hops, no doubt of a cheap vac packed american origin.

Wishbeer and House of Beers supply beer made by people who know what they're doing - many Belgian naturally but the perfectionist japanese seem to make lots of good stuff ( experienced sake brewers branching out into beer often ).
