PHNOM PENH (Khmer Times) – Cambodia National Rescue Party lawmakers voted against the first section of the audit on the national budget for 2013 at the National Assembly today, saying it leaves out key information.

The audit report passed with 67 votes in favor and 43 against.

CNRP president Sam Rainsy said it seemed designed to conceal what the government does with its money.
