He is the sole proprietor of his business, (I have a separate marketing arrangement - that's how our partnership works), and he needs a good accountant to keep the books, and to ensure he complies with tax legislation etc. It's a small business, not a large business, but if you know someone with the required accounting background and who you trust and can recommend, please PM me.
