O Visa

hi maybe someone here could help me

i am married to a thai for 4 years and i have a o visa from cardiff (NOT A MARRIGE NOW) i have to leave thailand every 90 days then come back

1. My visa runs out in july and CAN I use it till then with no problems

2. after july can i renew it the same as before in cardiff with a copy of my marrige certifacite

Are you REALLY asking 13 months out? <since you can do a run in your last week and get another 90>

im asking because i need to know i have 2 houses here and i dont want 2 get court out ???

Best to know early if its a problem then we can get round it

Then the answer as it stands now is ..... "probably"

Another answer is you may be able to extend your visa before then IF you qualify for an expension.
