Bangkok community's members drug-tested
THE SUNDAY NATION

BANGKOK: -- The Office of the Narcotics Control Board and related agencies yesterday dispatched officials to provide voluntary-based drug tests at a community in Bangkok's Hua Mark area and advised drug abusers to get into rehabilitation programmes.

ONBC secretary-general Permpong Chaowalit joined some 70 officials in the visit to the community along Klaong Hua Mark Noi, with 50 people volunteering to be drug-tested through urine samples - one of whom tested positive and must enter rehab.

Permpong said the visit was part of the drug-free community project and that this community had seen eight drug suspects previously arrested including a woman who admitted to boiling water with kratom leaves to feed to her two-year-old daughter.

This shower should get itself to Thong Lo and ask the hi-so crowd if they would agree to voluntary drug testing.

But Arthur, it's only wrong for poor people. Same as, well just about anything really.................

Guess the rich, connected hiso "beautiful" people don't need to worry about the social consequences of taking drugs. They're rich enough not to.
