Hello People, can anyone tell me how much approximately a studio apartment with aircon., in Nong Khai would be on long term rental, at least six months? Also what deposit, ie., how many months rent upfront is normal in Isaan?

Regards

John

Normal in Thailand is 3 mo. rent on move-in, first mo.,last mo.and one mo for damage deposit. I have never lived in Nong Khai, but B 5000/mo. should be enough. If you look carefully, you might find something for B 4000.
