She doesn't have to..The burden is not on the plaintiff but rather on the defendant ... Defendant would have to prove it is her and that there was some compelling reason for the public good to release the video to the public This is why so many can use declamation lawsuits as weapons so easily here.. Also why even powerful people don't come out and name names... They say things like .. A prominent person with the initials of x.y.... And other such nonsense... Since these photos/video are said to be fake, this would not be a leak. Instead, of a case of stealing and publishing private photos, it is a case of impersonation.
