Duties

This role is centralised on telesales and relationship building - ascertaining and developing new potential clients to sign up to the Investment Service. You will need to establish investment goals, aims and strategies with your personal clients to assist them in achieving and fulfilling their plans.

You are helping your clients in selling and purchasing investments properties in an effort to develop their portfolio through business partnerships, introducers and agents who source property.

You will have a full knowledge of the market and ongoing Property Investment Seminars with which you can send your clients to, assisting them in preparation and their conduct throughout the day to make the most productive and lucrative networking and investment opportunities become available to them through you.

You will achieve this all through conducting face to face and telephone consultations with potential clients in order to establish their requirements and evaluate if your service is beneficial to both parties and to look at signing them on. Throughout the entire process you must maintain your client relationships, even with past and dormant clients, obtaining recommendations and reviews to further grow your client base.

Desirable Criteria

Having bought or sold a properties before

Banking or financial advisory experience

Telesales experience

A graduate degree

Experience in Sales and/or Retail

Fluent in English (additional languages are a pre)
