emilymat
So, our illustrious PM is on a 'whistle stop' visit to the region. Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Vietnam. However, he is not coming to the 'hub'. Wonder why?. Political or simply trade with Thailand not important.? Link to comment
GuestHouse
Why waste time on window shoppers, he knows Thailand will never get around to buying that submarine. Link to comment
evadgib
David Cameron says business deals worth more than £750m ($1.2bn) will be made during his tour of South East Asia. Mr Cameron is to be accompanied by 31 UK business leaders on the trade mission, which starts in Indonesia. It's just another junket. These trade agreements he's going to sign have already been agreed. Link to comment
Ricardo
Such a pity he chose not to visit Thailand, as we expats might have got together, to welcome him in an appropriate fashion ! "Give us back our pension-increases, and our votes, you thieving bar-steward" might have been the text on my own welcome-banner ! Link to comment
