Is it possible to transfer retirement extension of stay stamp and get fresh re-entry at Suvarnabhumi when leaving for flight.

Original extension of stay at Bangkok. Moved to Pattaya.

90 day report done at Pattaya.

Tried to transfer stamps to new passport at Pattaya, but was told to go to Bangkok since original extension stamp from there, regardless of current Chonburi residence.

No time to travel to Chang Wattana before flight, so can all of this be done at airport?

The will only transfer the needed stamps to depart the country at the airport and may ask you why you had not done the transfer prior to leaving.

You can get a re-entry permit at the airport at the re-entry permit just before departure immigration.
