Hi,my non-o visa (married to a Thai wife ) expires on the 19th of August,I am off to renew or apply again on Tuesday of this week.

Has anyone got a comprehensive breakdown of what I need?

And the photos I need,are they meant to be in fornt of my condo?or of my wedding?

And last question I am moving today,is there an extra form to complete or can this be done with my extension to stay?

If you are moving I suggest you to go before applying for your extension with the contract of the place you're renting, tabian Baan and ID of the owner, it's a mandatory registration that we all have to have and they will issue a receipt to keep in your passport and to copy and keep together with the other usual paperwork for the extension...

If you are actually asking about a Non imm O Visa you need to apply at a Thai Consulate in another country.

Savanakhet Laos is the best option.

If you are actually asking about a 12 Month Extension of your Permission to Stay here is a rough guide.

1) The alien has obtained a temporary visa (NON-IM)

(6) In case of marriage with a Thai lady, the husband who is an alien must have an average annual income of not less than 40,000 baht per month or a money deposit in a local Thai bank of not less than 400,000 baht for the past 2 months for expenses within a year.

Letter from your Thai Bank showing balance and up to date bank book.

If income from outside Thailand: Letter from your Embassy showing income. Now may also need proof of income as back up.
If Income from Thailand: Statements showing Income Tax receipts.
Marriage Certificate. (Kor Ror 3)

You can do the change of address when you do your extension. Be sure you have proof of residence for your new address.

You will not need wedding photos this time.

Just photos of you and your wife in and around the house. One photo must show both of you with the house number included in it.

The idea is to prove that you actually live together.

Not to prove you got married.

The certificates do that.

You can print them out at most offices. Four per page should be accepted.

I usually just take the photos and they staple them on a sheet of paper.

And a letter from bank the day before is okay? And bank book same day I go, if I have to get letter for m bank it means I can't go early

What paperwork did you fail to provide ?

I was told to copy the last page and front of bank book, she said I needed to copy the entry where the money was paid in over 3 months ago, she wouldn't let me photo copy it said I had to come back tomorrow
