millwall_fan
And where will those 'affordable' plots be? Still in central Bangkok? Out in the swamps of Samut Prakan, more likely. This is a just a way of pushing the poor out of their homes so they can be developed for the vast profit of the Elite. Redeveloped for 'public use' !!! ha ha ha! Still, i suppose high end shopping malls are kind of for 'public use'- certainly for the kind of 'public' that the junta represents.
jcisco
Evicting squatters and offering affordable land some how strikes me as a fail train leaving the station kinda policy.
impulse
For a brief instant, I wondered what they'd do with all the misused land they call "Bangkok".
