Why not try Elance. Great prices and great service has been my experience.

Find a good Thai website then see the credits for who made it.. Good luck with that wink.png

If you just want a basic brochure site, try your hand at wix.com. If you want ecommerce, try bigcommerce.com and shopify.com, if you want something with custom development, it's probably best to use odesk.com or elance ^

All the good web developers either work for corporates (i.e. not doing customer websites), or have gone overseas..

Why not post what you need? E-commerce? How many pages? What kind of webpages / website do you want? Domain needed? A sales site? An informational site? Portal? Do you need a host or do you have that already? Budget? coffee1.gif

By now you have probably received at least 50 messages from wannabes promising you the earth at an affordable price. DO NOT under any circumstances part with cash to someone on here that dosnt show you at least 10 examples of sites they have built, show you their work permit, details of the company they work for or their own company papers and under no circumstances meet them in a coffee shop or somewhere, Just my experience of trying in the past. If its a basic site, do as already said, try wix or webs, simple and free, even with a domain and company email its not more than $20...good luck

Find a website that you like, contact the designers.
