How to pay electric if lost the slip

Featured Replies

I have lost the slip for the electric bill for this month, so how do i pay the bill, will they have it on record?

You can take your previous bill to the electric company and they will have your ID number and figure out your current bill.

name , address , telephone number , street address , ... I'm sure they will locate how much you own .... whistling.gif

wife just gives the girl in the office our address etc and they tell her what is owing, pretty simple

House address written on a piece of paper - that's all you need!

If you get a bill from the Metropolitan Electricity Aunthority in Bangkok then your account number is the 10 digit number in the first top left box. It is labelled (CA/Ref No.1) - Look on an older bill slip

You can then go to your online banking (if you have it) and simply pay online by entering that number. You don't need to enter an amount, the online banking will fill that according to the actual bill.

I tried to pay online but it wouldnt let me, looks liek im goingt to have to go to the place and pay myself, can anybody give me directions?

Thanks

I recall when we forget to pay the electric guy comes and either we pay him or he disconnect us. So if there is someone at home all the time you could simply wait.

Probably a bit late with the response, but you can pay at an ATM, where the due amount will be displayed on the screen.
