Sviss Geez Posted September 8, 2015 Share Posted September 8, 2015 There are scores of Western Union offices or agencies in that area and all over Bangkok, the best thing to do is google them to find one near to you. Bank of Ayutthya is a WU agent, try their Patpong branch. Don't worry about the English speaking bit, just fill in the transfer form which is in English.
