Any recommendations where to change 15000 baht to US dollars in Pattaya

TT Currency Exchange, Yellow Booth or maybe CC

Do you recommend these because of the good exchange rates they offer.

Not sure where you are based but if you take a walk down Soi Buakhow you can check out probably 10 different money changers in the space of half a mile - including the two mentioned above. For comparison have a look online at Superrich rates in Bangkok which are considered to be one of the most competitive - http://www.superrich1965.com/ or Yenjit

15k baht is less than $500 so I don't think it is going to make that much difference - just don't change at a bank booth.

I am not aware that such a direct foreign to foreign exchange is possible anywhere.

At least not in the countries I know.

such a small amount so impossible to lose out that much.
