My car's gas light came on but I forgot to fill her up! The car was sputtering tonight as I was about to go out so I turned around and parked it. Tomorrow morning I have to use it so I was thinking of using my scooter to go to one of those road-side shops with bottles of yellow gas and bringing a few back to give the car enough juice to make it to the closest gas station.

My question is: what is the quality of those bottles of gas? I've noticed some are green and I've only seen scooters use them to fill up. Any info would be appreciated!!

Same happened to me some time back , put in a couple bottles no worries. But if your still uncomfortable why not.drive the motorbike to the garage fill up a jerry can and take that to your car

Most of them are watered down.

One time won't kill your car though

No, they're not. Maybe time to change your supplier.

How does changing supplier fix watered down gas if none of them are(according to you)?

Wait, you say 'most of them are watered down', I say 'no, they're not', so you conclude I say 'none of them are watered down'. Maybe do something about your comprehensive reading skills.

I'm sure you can find some that are watered down, so just change supplier.

There's hundreds of them around phuket town and almost all of them are watered down

Again, nonsense. Unless you mean 'it is not pure benzene'. But is the same stuff you buy at the pump.

Water and gas don't mix, so eyeball the bottle before you use it, should see right away if it's mixed.

Problem is those mini-stations, they are the ones watering it down as you can't see. Tons of people around here have broken bikes from those.
