Yawn... are you a claims/litigation lawyer? Back to the op, most independant m/c corner shops doing repairs/selling accessories for the brand name little bikes/scooters sell these, but most come with the bars attached, ie the brace is not sold seperate. My small/medium sized market town has at least 4 shops that sell them, prices from 500 -1200 depending on the bars (fat bar, brand name, copy, anodised etc).
