There has been a irregular shaped floating barge near the shoreline of north Pattaya bay along Beach Rd. At first I thought it was equipment for dredging the sand since the whole bay is shallow from all of the erosion. Tonight I see a small scooper on a small barge digging a small area with markers sticking above the water. Now my guess is that the city is digging an underwater ditch for a drainage pipe?
