I checked Bambina's list pinned to this forum for places to stay in Thailand for under 1000 baht.

My question is: how do you get the rate that is being advertised on Bambina's list?

I click on the Res24 link and the rates are much higher.

I do a google search for some of those hotel/guest house names, and can only find much higher rates.

are those "thai" rates? do i need to have my thai wife call from the US and book the hotels directly?

Maybe then I get my Thai friend to book a place if they are from Thai sites :D
