hi ladys and gents can you recommend a nice family run guest house or even condo any agents near pattaya central or around but not on the darkside

for about a month in december budget of around 12000bht for my student nephew 25ish also around soi buakhao not jomtiem area even though have some great places and with wifi

Do you expect eletricity to be included in the 12,000/month budget? The price of electricity charged by guesthouses has risen in the last couple of years so it makes a substantial difference on your options.

Try Meow at Diana Estate,Soi Bouakao. Slightly more money, but fully equipped studios in nice place with pools etc.Or R-Con near the North end of Bouakao. Cheap, but more basic. Good central location. MS>
