I think the Norwegian Seamen's Church just off Thappraya near the top of Pratumnak does food and drinks some lunchtimes. I went there once on unrelated business and a lot of people seemed to be enjoying themselves.

Not sure whether meatballs are on the menu.

Just had Finnish meatballs at Maikan Majatalo guesthouse (behind Big C, Pattaya Klang, off

Soi Yume) and they were great. A good serving for a hearty appetite. I had mine with mashed

potatoes, your choice. Unfortunately no lingon berries if that is a deal breaker. Cost was 170 baht

I will be back for that and other items on the menu.
