The British Passport Office In Liverpool

Any ideas about this one?

I applied to renew my passport recently in Bangkok using the VFS at Trendy, they checked all of my documents and measured my photos etc. and went ahead with the passport processing saying that all was in order.

Today I get an E mail from some beauracrat in Liverpool rejecting my photographs as being "Ölder than 1 month" !!! The photos were countersigned and dated 2 weeks ago but it seems the Liverpool office are mind readers. How on earth are they able to justify this? Are they using this as an ass covering to hide delays?

Just to make this application cost me two days of my life at least, plus about 300 quid! What on earth has gone wrong with Britain, it certainly isn't "GREAT" anymore!

Gone are the days when you could walk into a British Embassy to get some help. It has all been farmed out to idiots and foreigners.

If your apperance hasnt radically changed since your last pp why did you get them signed ? Its not required

These people and frankly the entire British Government are nothing less than rat shit, they are more interested in helping bloody muslims, gays, lesbians transgenders than their own citizens. My god I would cut my own throat rather than ever go back to that pathetic country, they are a disease of their own making a botulism, a plague of politically correct spineless filth.

Why would it even matter if the photos were countersigned or not? What I am asking is why some cretin in Liverpool can determine that a photo is more than a month old? Impossible unless they are able to scan Thailands airport photos. If I hadn't had them countersigned it would have given these vipers their first line of attack. The countersigner has nothing to do with it, if you read my post it was rejected by some faceless cretin in Liverpool as the photo being older than 1 month! HOW DO THEY KNOW IT WAS OLDER THAN ONE MONTH????

Europe is opening its borders to all of the scum of the earth these days, no document checks no nothing! Welcome in you come ISIS, Terrorists, welcome all of you, here is a free house, free social security, and a genuine citizen cannot even get a bloody passport renewed because some Scouse retard thinks the photo is too old, something is very wrong somewhere.

The British are going down the same track as the USA, Big Government, controlling our lives in minute detail instead of focusing on what is really going wrong. I am loathed to say it but to be honest, Britain needs a real hard line dictatorship to clean all of the filth off the streets of Britain. Too bloody soft and tolerant to perverts and sick dogs for too long, wake up, a cull is in order.

I found their same day service at the Peterborough office faultless.

Maybe I'm lucky,I like to get back to the UK regularly for visits and to avoid all the hassle that you the OP has encountered.

Agree, that is why I imagined the VFS were the face to face, sadly not the case, 7000 KM away and dealing with scousers is not really going to get you anywhere

Seems the main intent for this topic is to bash the recent migration problem in Europe and not the problems in renewing the passport.
