kuyakev
Hi this is my first post here and I just need some advice and some opinions. First of all my computer specs are: hp pavilion @ 2.1 ghz, 512mb ram, and a geforce 5200 128 mb video card. Im planning to get Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 and I was wondering if it would play smoothly in my computer. Thanks
Oswulf
Minimum spec. at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/823627/ You're way over that, so shouldn't have any problems.
Phil Conners
Minimum specs just means the game will load. I don't think it will be smooth with your PC, not unless you reduce details, resolution etc.
monty
Will play pretty OK, You'll have to keep resolution pretty low (800X 600, 1024 X 768 will be pushing it a bit), together with details etc...

Thanks I have it and it runs on my 1.7 mhz with 128 meg memory but I do have more memory 1gig of it. You might want to consider getting a better video card and more memory but you should be able to play it.

Mosha
I've been quoted a price of 1500 ฿ from a Thai software company. Seem s abit cheap, but I've also seen on another forum someone bragging about his local game shop getting it for 600 ฿. As FS9 wasn't sold in Thailand by M$ I've nothing to compare it with. However the same software company is quoting a higher price for FS8. Thoughts please.
