PATTAYA: -- District Officials conducted an early morning raid on a Central Pattaya Bar on Tuesday, based on complaints from local residents, and found many underage patrons inside.

The raid took place at the Jerjalat Bar in Central Pattaya which was open after its permitted licensed operating hours. Inside were 70 customers and 30 of them were found to be under the age of 20.

A further 15 patrons were found not to be carrying their Thai ID cards which is a minor offense in Thailand and a further 2 patrons failed a drugs test confirming the presence of Methamphetamine in their bodies.
