Had to read up a bit about efficiency economy to understand it more. Just pulled this quote out from the explanation. So, Prayut is going to promote this and Thailand are going to lead the world in this principle.. Please note the requirement for integrity, honesty, tolerance, wisdom and insight,, it does NOT say corrupt, dishonest, xenophobic, naive and clueless so not sure how qualified Thailand will be to spearhead this to the UN.

The world changes and the days for "colonising" are well over. The British gave back the territories to where they belong, it is the right thing to do and the remaining colonies are all very low population areas and need support.
