webfact
Nen Air's wife arrested for fraudBANGKOK: -- Chamaiporn Raksajit, former wife of Harn Raksajit otherwise known as Nen Air, a former notorious monk, was arrested yesterday by CSD police and AMLO officials at Soi Samakhee 59 in Nonthaburi municipality just outside of Bangkok. She was charged with fraud for conspiring with Nen Air to swindle victims by arranging fake black magic rituals in 2015.Investigators made the arrest after they discovered that Nen Air had handed the proceeds from fake black magic rituals over to Ms Chamaiporn so that she could purchase property such as lands, commercial buildings and title deeds in Tha Srai district in Nonthaburi province.Such an act is considered illegal and is a direct violation of money laundering laws and as a result, an AMLO officer said.AMLO will be seizing all assets under her name. Investigations are also underway to locate other assets that have not been declared.Nen Air, a former Buddhist monk who later rose to fame for practicing black magic rituals, had been arrested earlier when he used baby corpses to grill in order to distract liquid for use in spiritual rite.He was sentenced to 75 years in jail term for fraud in 2005, but under the Thai laws, a maximum 20 years is permitted for the crime. He served only nine years in prison and was freed upon Royal pardon in April this year. However he was arrested again for same crime in August this year, and was in detention pending trial.Source: http://englishnews.thaipbs.or.th/nen-airs-wife-arrested-for-fraud -- Thai PBS 2015-10-

NongKhaiKid
Let's hope if he's convicted this time around the court takes into account his insulting a royal pardon and suitably ' rewards ' him in the sentence.
Pimay1
More fake!! But must admit, I've never heard of fake black magic before! I don't know if this qualifies for fake black magic or not. My next door neighbor scratched his foot in the rice patty and it became infected. After a few days his foot started swelling and turning red. They called in the local witch doctor. I eased over and witnessed the process. The lady witch doctor poured a copious amount of lao khao whiskey over his foot and whispered a secret message then proceed to blow on his foot for about five minutes while still whispering. When she finished she announced that in two days his foot would be back to normal. After four more days of waiting for "back to normal", his foot was double in size. I finally talked his wife into taking him to the hospital. He was in the hospital for a week and almost lost his foot.
