Hi guys, My girlfriend has just returned home to Thailand on 01/10/06 after her sixth month stay in England on her Tourist Visa.

She wants to apply for a second Tourist Visa in November this year, for a further four month visit to the UK so that we can spend Christmas together.

Do you think there would be any problem based on her visit this year, being so close to the new application.

There's nothing at all preventing your girlfriend from applying for another visit visa so soon after returning to Thailand, but as she has just spent 6 months in the UK, the visa officer might baulk at immediately giving her another 6.

Thank's Guys. I think I will bring the Fiance Visa application forward getting married next year instead of applying again for a Tourist Visa.
