anotheruser
What are the best places to get stuff to stock a bar and restaurant in Ubon? I looked in Robinsons last time and they didn't have very much. Tesco was also pretty slim pickings. Are there any specialty shops or stores that sell any and all things related to eating and drinking? I need plates, shot glasses, cutlery, normal glasses, etc. Butter knives, nobody ever seems to have these. Ikea in Bangkok has most of what I need but even 100 plates and glasses is heavy. I could haul it up on the train if I have to but are there decent shops in Ubon these days? I pretty much need 100 of everything.
NiwPix
There won't be one store that has everything. You'll need to shop around. A place that sells mainly restaurant equipment, but also has some utensils, glassware etc is across Ubon Watsadu in Warin. Index may also have some things you may be looking for. Martyjustice
It's Ubon. You might need to settle for functional. Most places will not even set a knife with the silverware. When/where you opening?

His place is called street view and gets good reviews on tripadvisor. I am happy he has achieved success, Lord knows he certainly put the time in.
