Flying Bangkok To Ho Chi Minh

Featured Replies

Can anyone recommend an airline?

I got a couple of prices from Air France / Lufthansa at 9,000 thb. Thai air more like 15,000 (returns).

But I wonder if Vietnam Air (their web site doesn't work) or someone does something a bit cheaper, as flying into Hanoi is priced around 5,000 thb (Air Asia).

Anyone got recent experience?

I've been doing that trip every few months for the last few years and unfortunately, there's no cheap alternative.

AirAsia only go to Hanoi (why? I dont know)

Vietnam Air is the same price as Lufthansa, I think 9,300.

You can't book Vn air via the web yet. Only through a T/A or a VN air office.

It's only a short flight,about 90 mins.

Cheers for the info. Have you ever gone via Pnom Penh? I'm thinking it would be a massive hassle with the Visas....
