BANGKOK - GMM Tai Hub (GTH), one of the largest film production corporations in Thailand, has announced a disband today, citing internal dispute.

GTH, which consists of three separate companies - GMM Grammy, Tai Entertainment and Hub Ho Hin - will cease all of its operation on Dec 31, according to a statement posted on its website.

The statement explains that the disband follows an internal disagreement over Tai Entertainment’s decision to take the corporation into stock exchange, but Hub Ho Hin vehemently objects to the plan.

"The sudden announcement came as a surprise to as GTH’s films – mostly feel-good romantic comedies – often dominate the box office. "

No great loss then.

always thought GTH stood for ' good things happen '.

guess BTH too! hahaha...

like if you got that.

Hub Ho Hin does some of the best post-pro work in Thailand or SE Asia. Very good people.
