We had curtains made by the shop on the 2nd floor of Big C Extra, next to the Kasikorn Branch straight in front of you as get of the escalators.

A bit expensive but good work.

Alternative could be ask in HomePro they also do them there.

They came to measure but we ordered a lot, 15 windows in total. Talk to them.

Ps: there are cheaper shops but they are on Thepprasit road, which I didn't mention first because you are looking in North.
