Has anyone any idea of the daily withdrawal limit overseas on a Bangkok Bank ATM cards. Also what are the charges?

In general, withdrawal limits are determined by the machine which you are using, not by the bank that issued the card. I have used a Thai ATM card in The Philippines recently; the charge was P 200/transaction (approx. B 150). I have also used a Thai card in Malaysia and Laos; while I can't recall the exact charges, I think they were about the same.
