Utley Posted December 8, 2015 Share Posted December 8, 2015 “Thai Economy Is Sagging, and So Are Thai Spirits” (NY Times article "Memo From Thailand", Nov. 30) did not include facts that contradict this critical portrayal of Thailand’s economy, said Ambassador Pisan Manawapat in the NY Times opinion page on Dec 7. How are we supposed to know what the Honorable Ambassador is talking about since the NY Times article that he is criticizing has been banned from publication in Thailand?
